WOW! I have realized why I am so angry when I let myself feel anything. I wasted 3 years of therapy doing superficial bs. It is almost like living in a void...I am dissocated 99.5% of the time from my feelings and I have isolated myself to the point I very rarely allow myself to interact with anyone even my family I live with. Now T has me evaluating and doing the important stuff for my recovery so much so that I kinda hate her for not taking the reigns 3 years ago. Although I find myself dreading therapy because it is so damn exhausting. Not sure what the point is but damn this therapy stuff is hard work.

Yes, it is. There is a time for everything. Perhaps you just weren't in the right place of mind to do this work until now.

Maybe you weren't quite ready for it until now?
Either way... at least now you're really getting started on the hard work! Good luck! It's great to hear that you're starting on some progress!
