I draw pictures on cheques for my T, such as hearts, cats, dogs,...etc

I also draw elaborate pictures on the envelopes if I mail her a cheque.... meaningful pictures to show how thankful/ happy I am in therapy.

It's so hard to not be allowed to give gifts to T! I am always itching to give her something!

That is very interesting, I might think about doing that, but I don't currently pay for my Therapy (since I have medical assistance)

Super idea!

A little bit of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

I'm sure your therapist picks up on it and most likely it gives her heart a smile!

This gave me an idea to write or draw something on the back of her handwritten monthly bill! Looks like I got rid of September's after paying it. Guess I could try it on the Oct bill.

I always give my T gifts. Not expensive things, but things like cakes for birthdays and for Christmas and something like a stone from a beach when I return from holiday. She keeps a gift shelf in her room which has plants, figurines etc and the things I've got her.

Your ways sound delightful also
