Hi! I'm Leanna
![]() I'm a child sexual abuse survivor and I've recently started my healing journey. I'm very optimistic and committed to reach my fullest potential. I'm about to finish a short term therapy plan and about to switch counselors and start going into long term treatment. I've had a great experience with my current therapist. Do you guys have any suggestions or tips for a termination session? ![]() |

No real tips because I have utilized the cut and run technique up to this point in my life, but I wanted to say welcome to the forum! Hope to hear more about your journey.

I don't have any suggestions either. I had only one counselor until I moved and found a new. He is nice but I don't see him right now due to $$$
I will say it was hard to leave my other counselor. She was the greatest I'm not sure we had a closure session because I had to leave very suddenly. We did have a few phone calls right after I left to make sure I was okay. I still miss her. But i had seen for many years. ![]()
