Met with my T on Friday and discussed with her some things that I had been holding in / hiding for a very long time. I had to read it to her, but I was able to get through it. Guess what guys? My T doesn't hate me or think I am a terrible person. I was sure she would. In fact, as I was getting ready to leave she said "give me a hug". It was wonderful to feel cared about and not shunned. I appreciate also, all the wonderful support that I got here. Now I think I might be able to move forward.

I am so pleased for you. It sounds as if you have a great T who really connects with you. It must have taken a lot to read it out - well done. And to get a hug without having to ask for one is awesome! Good luck with moving forward - you have made a massive step in that direction.
Thanks for this!
