Hi all, a month or two ago, in this forum, someone posted a really touching piece about what it really meant when someone suicidal reached out, there was a reference to a stick, and it was sort of in an almost comic type fashion- it was part of a series or blog.

I'd really like to find it again, and I tried a search but didn't find it.

If anyone happens to remember it and can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

The only thing that comes to mind is the depression blog post from Hyperbole and Half. Sorry if thats not it - it just immediately came to mind. Except, i'm not sure it mentions a stick. Maybe its another post on that blog?

Thank you very much. The style of writing seems kind of similar, and the blog I saw did have a cartoony aspect, but there were some... like questions and answers, and an analogy about a stick.

I really loved this one on depression though, goodness, it feels so relevant.
