i seen my pdoc yesterday... she liked the flowers i painted
her...... i told her ive been doing crafts and have been feeling alot better lately.. shes said to keep it up cause painting and crafts are very theraputic.. (spelled that wrong i think)......

Shes right... stuff like that is very theraputic. Your help comes painting and crafts while others might gain help and feel better from music or writing a journal. Well Done pdoc said Happy to hear things are going wll for you.
