I hope that it goes well. I am at almost two years and I still sometimes get anxious about appointments. I have just realized that the anxiousness leads to a good end result. The phone thing is an issue with me as well. I can force myself to speak on them, but I hate doing so.

I hope it goes well for you! I can barely eat on the day of my therapy appointment, because I am so nervous. Also I really like your screen name. Is it from the "both sides now" song?
Thanks for this!

Made it to the appointment somehow. It was really nerve racking for me. She seems really nice, hate feeling like I'm being analyzed though, I tried to not have any expectations especially considering how it was our first meeting. Hate feeling like an hour isnt enough, I felt like I was all over the place. Overall think it went pretty well, seeing her next monday.
