I am actually excited (yes, nervous) But SO PLEASED with myself, see I SI when I am overwhelmed with emotions, it's a release for me. However I was having horrible anxiety/depression and flashbacks of my CSA tonight, and was able to use some art therapy to help me down from my state, along with some breathing techniques. And we haven't even started DBT yet!

T BE HAPPY. PLEASE. I am so proud of myself!!!

T you should be PROUD

You can have the closet, though thats the picture with the most feelings. And it's not depicting fear--at least not to me! The bloody spider is the 'fear'. The closet is sadness (Tears), the dark and hiding in it in a closet is the shame and guilt. The red eyes is the overwhelming amount of self-hatred I feel. The monster on my back I call it.
