Why not go to a hospital and go through mental health?

I didn't mean emerg. I'm in Manitoba and I see a mental health worker through the hospital - he's a therapist. I don't pay anything at all to see him. Nor do I pay the psychiatrist anything. Just contact the mental health department at your nearest hospital.

This link might help though:

Why pay a psychologist when there are a lot of community services that provide free therapy? CMHA is a great resource.
