Do you experience memories in 1st person, 3rd person, a mix of both, or you don't know?

I usually relate them in second person. But third person often to myself.

The dissociation makes some seem more like third person, others, typically first person, though it's an awfully broad topic, I don't want to generalize too much, but... that's the off the top of my head observation.

Thanks for the replies. My answer is 3rd person - seems like most of my memories are like movies, watching it happen from outside of all of it. Interests me on others perspectives
