So I have a counseling session tomorrow morning. Idk if there's much of a difference between therapy and counseling? Probably not.
Trying a slightly different approach this time. My last therapist was horrible in my opinion, and I couldn't afford it anyway. This place is associated with a charity, so they work with you on payments. I'm not looking forward to it, but I know I have to do something or I won't get better. I'm mostly nervous about asking off for work for appoinments as my boss is nosy. And well, I have trouble sticking with stuff. Therapy, or counseling, whatever , is supposed to be temporary (@ least @ this place). So I'm just nervous because I have to find something to actually work....feel like I'm running out of treatment options Thanks for reading lol

Good luck, Red, let us know how it goes. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow morning. Counselling has always sounded more direct to me, looking at specific problems instead of everything including the kitchen sink :-)

Counselling gives you the answers and therapy makes you find them for yourself.
Something like that. Maybe.
