I don't know if this is appropriate if not I will delete it . At work (on psych unit) we give out numbers to our patients on discharge in case they need it. Both are numbers for completely confidential lines to help people through difficult times when they can't see T or whatever. I have used the sexual assault in assisting a family member who had been sexually abused. They are compassionate confidential and you don't have to give your real name. I gave them a made up name in so they had a name to call me by while still being confidential.

these are numbers for the US I would hope other countries would have similar hotlines... google might be able to help you find something in your country
