She is very ethical , she said I could fire her at any time. She sAid I just need some containment and to be held through this.

Thanks RainbowMy tutor recommended her, apparently she is the best supervisor in the county I live in and the surrounding ones. She has a full schedule but squeezed me in. I think we will work well together as she is very easy to talk to. It has always been difficult for me to talk to therapists but on my second session with her and we chatted all the way through. I like the fact that she is not pushing me and that she is not expecting me to trust her straight away. She described what happened with my last ts as the book, A series Of Misfortunate Events. We processed what had happened with my last ts and she made me see that none of it was my fault. She pointed out that they were lacking in self awareness and couldn't see their own mistakes.
She asked me to visualise a sweeping brush so I could sweep the dirt that they had left with me back over to them because I took it all on and let them away with blaming me and this is why I have been going down hill for so long.

Gestalt is so yesterday, Lol. After today I realised, well confirmed to myself that gestalt t and I would never be compatible because I cant be comfortable around her because she scares me. It is sad because she is a lovely lady and is really understanding me BUT I do not like gestalt. I hate the way they question your every move and analyse your every breath. Yesterday I was quietly sobbing and she shouted so loudly that I nearly had a heart attack "Mona, are you breathing?" well, I was after that anyway.
