I don't know why but I always get major anxiety attacks when I have to call my pdoc and talk with him. I use to get anxiety about going to see him but that has stopped. Now it's just when I have to call...and I have to call him because he wants me to check in. I don't want to tho something about him terrifies me. I have nothing but bad news to tell him and I feel like a failure when I have to admit I took too many pills or this isn't working or I don't feel any better. Just don't want to call him.

Relax, it's natural to fear anything or anyone when u can't control the situation. Take some deep breaths, y does he terrify u?

Write down what u need to say. Tell him on the phone don't speak unless it's to schedule an appt once u say what u need to say. Say word for word what u wrote down let him take the info and decide on making u an appt.
