So after my Dr. found out about my self-harm last week, she's referred me to a therapist and I'm starting next week. I'm really not sure how to feel about this...I know I need it because I've been very depressed and feeling suicidal, but I've had bad experiences with therapy in the past, and the financial side of it is causing me stress. And honestly I've reached the point that I don't want help, I want to just give up, so I'm a bit angry at being forced into getting help anyway.

Just try not to get too overwhelmed I can remember when I went back to Therapy back in 2009 (after over a decade of being out of it) being very nervous but I ended up getting a very cooperative Therapist and that made things a lot easier.
