In an email from my T (not as a response to an email from me, but initiated by her) she wrote today: "I have been thinking about you a lot and I just wanted to tell you I am here. I am lost for words thinking about your situation right now and I wish I had all the great advice and comfort you need right now but I don't. But you're in my heart and prayers all the time."
I thought that was the most honest, most sincere and most comforting response to my situation that I could get. And I thought I'd share this with you. I think some therapists really are invested in their clients and I wish more would be as kind.

That is beautiful...you should post this under Melina's post...she could use an example of a supportive ethical therapist.
