There's some concern that I'm slipping into a slight depression with the rejection of x-pdoc. Increased isolation, decreased interest in activities, and one other symptom I can't remember.

I just started working out today and plan to do an hour a day 4 days a week. That should help a bit. Still continuing my new eating habits I started in February. If it ever gets warmer outside I'd go for a short walk in the morning and evening. Had blood work done last Wednesday and started taking vitamin d supplement as directed.

I REFUSE to let depression swallow me I've come way too far for that to happen.

Hi, this is only a mini setback, expected to happen, but you are recognizing it,, and willing to challenge it, and have a good support network.
you took the first step in not let it progress, xpdoc is past. Negative recycled trash. ( sorry I know he meant alot to you, but you deserved closure and a response,

Thanks Sweepy! I'm just going to keep focused on my goals in therapy/life and continue working toward those in hopes that I stave off any increase in depression symptoms. I'm also still doing/using DBT stuff. Just need to stay OUT of my head...that's when I really get in trouble with depression.

Growlycat-my healthy attitude waivers at times but I just keep pushing forward. That's all I can do. I figure the more positively and healthily I talk & write-hopefully my thoughts will soon follow. I have come a long way but I still have quite a ways to go.
