After maybe coming up to 30 sessions I don't tend to get very nervous before a session. I used to. I'd be jingling and jangling inside for hours before going in. Now I'm usually pretty calm. This evening, however, there is a circus inside my gut. Often I find this happens when I haven't been sleeping so well. Does anyone else experience this? Esp. after not sleeping?

Lack of sleep makes everything more difficult.
