I am out of town visiting with my father and sister in Napa and am having such a good time, I want to cry. like.. My mental status has been so ****** lately that to leave my dark apartment and to be treated to dinner on a riverfront with blooming jasmine, gorgeous music, wine, and interesting looking people....My god! It's like I'm seeing life for the first time in years. I feel like I'm on drugs, but this is all legitimately real.

Seeing my father also has been amazing. You all know of my paternal (mostly) oriented transference. I've been so DESPERATELY starved for attention... It's making me realize the town I live in is a dead end. There is actually more. I dunno. I just wanted to share.

Awesome! It's exciting when you get that kind of feeling. I've been kind of wanting to move too. Small towns suck.

That's really great, sounded like you needed to get out of there and have a break. Enjoy
