Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I'll have to mull this over in regard to my own therapy.

I had the same problem and managed to open it with another software in the end. Do you still have the same problem? Let me know, I can send it to you

I hate that they call the client a borderline. The client is not a borderline. The client is a human being with borderline personality disorder. Not a borderline.
