If you read my last session update post, my t gave me a sheet called suds CSa fear and avoidance heiarchy sheet, to fill from minor to major of what we are going to discuss in exposure therapy, starting 2 or 3 weeks after psychoeducation on exposure therapy.

This will be the first sheet as there is multiple trauma. I'm suppose to fill in the minor stuff I remember including feelings thoughts smells ect... Rate anxiety , then write what I wish to avoid and rate that.

Then continue to the worse parts.

No detail just event titles.

That will happen during exposure.
Anyway I'm trusting her more now.
I just keep looking at this piece of paper and I want to rip it up.

I know I can do it, she said she knows and expects fear and it will be worse before it gets better. What would you do?

I can't say I'm not ready. I will never be ready.

Just start with one thing. Just write down one single thing and start there.

(((sweepy))) You're doing so much good work!

Can you rush and do it at the last minute? That's what I would do? Procrastination is underrated.
