Glad you're taking the meds again.
And you are an artist. You are clearly very talented from the work you post here. It's understandable you're afraid but just try to take things one day at a time for now and let your T know if you need to slow down.

I totally understand why you're afraid of what is to come. There are times I want to quit therapy and take up drinking as an alternative. But I know that will never work in the long run.

so glad you are back on the meds altho i can certainly understand why you'd not want to deal with such difficult things.
