Glad you're taking the meds again.

And you are an artist. You are clearly very talented from the work you post here. You make work bursting full of humanity that makes the viewer curious and stimulates emotional reaction - a hallmark of good art. Don't let your h **** all over your creativity, please.

It's understandable you're afraid but just try to take things one day at a time for now and let your T know if you need to slow down.

I totally understand why you're afraid of what is to come. There are times I want to quit therapy and take up drinking as an alternative. But I know that will never work in the long run.

Thank you so much I tend to be more on the manic side then depressed , but when I do get depressed its bad.

So by not taking meds for 4 or 5 days I guess threw me into hypo mania

so glad you are back on the meds altho i can certainly understand why you'd not want to deal with such difficult things.

your art is great! i am trying to learn to doodle and it is kind of funny how bad it is. design is so easy for me but drawing--eek!
