Well I been keeping busy painting stuff, and drawing, also been off meds for 4 days (yay) been feeling more artistic.

I will be posting some of it tomorrow , made my h buy me some paint brushes and acrylic sketch pad, I wanted more paint and an Easle , but he said I was getting carried away.

He said I should stop thinking I'm some kind of artist. I know I'm not. My head is filled with ideas ,

Sierra: nobody knows I stopped them, I think I have an appt with pdoc next Thursday . I m just starting to feel like I'm more alert to my surroundings , things are beginning to look more colorful , I live by a lake and one of the ducks had baby ducks,

They were so cute so yellow and beautiful .

I will thank you for caring, last time I was manic was ten months ago.

I'm starting to feel good though , downside a little lack of sleep, but I take this pill in the daytime to catch a nap.

What pill? Sweepy, this doesn't sound good. It is only four days; you are already starting to have sleep issues. You know where this goes. Is there a reason you are choosing to send yourself into a manic episode? Not a good idea.

Editing to add:

Sweepy, are you creating a bipolar crisis as a way to avoid/distract from the trauma work that scaring you right now? Something's going on here. Time to figure it out before you get hit by the oncoming train.

Whoa, Sweepy. I care about you. We all care about you. You need to start taking your medication again ASAP. I know it's enjoyable for a time, but it eventually leads to a crash and the roller coaster. I agree with 1914sierra. You might be doing this to get away from the trauma. You need to tell your T as soon as possible.

It's 2am I'm awake . Woke up from a bad nightmare , I went to bed close to midnight , the sleeping pill is prescribed for when I get severe stomach ache from eating spicy food for my stomach ulcer, but it gets me drowsy.

I thank you for caring, I'm not sure if I'm running from anything , but it could possibly be related.

Anyway I'm gonna make a pot of coffee and shake this nightmare away.

oh sweepy, I'm worried about you. I think you really are very artistic. I love seeing your art, and I'm so glad you got some paint. But I'm worried about you hurting yourself by not taking your meds. please reconsider.

Are you going back on meds? Have you let your pdoc and T know you stopped?

i been drawing bunches. Yes called pdoc, she was a bit upset, i told her my symptoms, she told me to start them asap today, I told her i missed my morning doses, she said its ok, just take them anyways, so I did.

I was stupid for stopping them, it will take a couple of days to get back on track, I will see her on monday emergency appt.

glad you're okay Sweepy. You're not stupid either. Generally there's a good reason why we do things, hope you can work through it with your T.
Do post some of those drawings though. Would love to see them. You are artistic:-)

I am so glad to hear you are taking your medications again and have an appointment for tomorrow. That's very relieving.

I'm glad to hear you're back on meds. Listen to your T and keep taking them. She knows what she's doing and the fact that she gave you an emer session shows she's concerned.
