Interesting! And well done. I wonder why strong-willed persons are a consideration. To me, there are people i like and people i dont like. If someone is strong-willed, TOO strong-willed, they may fall into the dont like (and therefore avoid) bucket. But if they are in the do like bucket, then you state your preference instead of kow-towing to them, or as we say, folding like a cheap yurt
 i mean lookit me, i am standing up to my friends of 35 years and nothing bad is happening. Omg i just realized ive known them more than half my life. Now thats depressing.

I'm so happy for you that she replied! And it doesn't appear to be any type of rejection so that's great news! Your response back to her is so honest but very thoughtful. I hope she wants those things for you too and that she replies again. You deserve to break the pattern and have a warmer closure. This seems to have weighed on you for quite some time and I would like to see you more at peace with everything.

I confess i am a bit jealous also, because my ex t never replied, and i wanted her to so badly. She wont though . I think your follow up reply is excellent. |
