I had my group therapy and individual therapy sessions for the week. I decided to share the pregnancy news with my group therapist in private instead of telling her in front of the group. I also told my female T last night and my main T this afternoon. All of them were extremely supportive, and I was able to talk about my feelings of being scared and shocked. My group T said I could call her and update her anytime I wanted to before next week. My main T said that we will watch how I'm dealing with it emotionally and keep a close eye on how I'm doing. I'm so glad that I decided to tell them sooner than later so I can get the support I need.

Update on the actual pregnancy. So far my blood work suggests that it's a healthy normal pregnancy. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, next week and then again on the 26th. Thank you for all your support and congratulations.

I think that is awesome. Pregnancy is not an easy thing to go through in general. I'm glad that all of your T's are supportive of you.

Thank you. My main T was trying to tap into a very small part of me that is excited. I told him I'm being very cautious at this point to be excited but hopefully soon. I'm glad he also validated all my feelings as completely normal.
