I saw my t yesterday and read to her my entire thread "Boundaries: Am I Asking for Too Much" regarding therapy boundaries and email messages. (Don't worry! I did not tell her the name of the Web site here, the URL or any of the usernames of people who replied. I just read her the comments.)

I want to tell everybody here that my t said she was very impressed with the level of support, practical advice, and willingness that we have here to assist one another. She thought it was amazing that people took the time to read my long post and reply the way they did.

We have an amazing support group here!

I will go back to my "Boundaries" thread to discuss what happened in my session.

I am so glad you all are here!

It is a really good community. Thank you for the feedback from your therapist.

Peaches, as my t would say, you make it easy to help you. You have been open here, and supportive of others. But so nice to hear good things from your t! So we're not just blowing sunshine up people's skirts - we do put some thought into that sunshine
