Tomorrow I will meet with a new T. Any comments on what I should inform or not inform to this T in the first visit?

Just inform them what you want to get out of Therapy, I have my first session with my new Therapist on July 7th so I am starting to wonder what to ask myself.

I made it clear that I needed to talk about my current T and whether or not to continue with him and we went from there. Good luck!

Just talk about how confused you are regarding your other T and how you need help sorting things out.

I'm glad you made an appointment with someone! I agree with HG (which happens a lot) - talk about your current therapist relationship and what you need.

I just want to say congrats for being so proactive about this.

Definitely state concerns, plusses and minuses related to current T and see what new T has to say. Because New t will not know you well, he/she may go out of their way to be "fair".
