I guess after yesterday's session about 'going home' my psyche was working full time.
I dreamt last night that my baby, or the baby me had been found.
Whoever I was with snatched her and we got in a car with her, but my joy was soon over when the wrongness of just grabbing her away hit.
I, in the dream, made a really difficult choice to take her back. A quick snatch wasn't the answer.

I think as freeing as yesterday's session was, my psyche knows, there's more underpinning to be done.

No doubt. I know one therapist told me the "work" begins after a session is over.
Thanks for this!

That's an interesting dream. Will you tell T about it?

I did. She said thats is how it must have felt for me as a baby. That I was snatched from my birth mother.
