My therapist, Dr, pdoc all worked with my my husband's and sons "team" and each of us. It really helped our family because it's complex.

my t and my pdoc are in the same clinic. i think there could be more collaboration, but my t really takes the lead on things.

My T, Group T, and Psychiatrist all work at the same place. They communicate about me and keep each other informed when something happens. I believe that I have better care because of my team.

My CBT T and regular medical doctor are part of the same clinic so at least in terms of my medical care, they collaborate (with my written consent).
