I am really struggling at the moment and would really appreciate some opinions or support from others who have also been through difficult times with therapy/other issues. I've seen how people in this forum can be extremely helpful to each other. However, I don't feel comfortable posting any details as I fear people figuring out I posted here. For anyone who is willing to message me privately I thank you in advance
