I love and feel so connected to my t after session today.

As taking about some hard stuff and she was with me all the way. I cried a bit and looked up and she was crying Bit. Her face was all red and her eyes were full. I felt so badly, but was happy that we were on the same level at that moment. Does that make sense? I had a hard morning after that, but took a nap and woke up realizing that my t was there for me through this.

Perhaps this is a trick to get me to stay, but I don't care, it worked. I really appreciate people like t, she works so hard to help people, and I'm lucky enough to be one of those people

Who else loves their t??

Awe, yes, I can totally relate. My Ts empathy is priceless and the feeling of being united sharing painful experiences, and joys, is so precious.

Your T sounds amazing & its so nice that she's there for you. I also loved my T as he profoundly changed my life, we terminated in April after two years together & I think about him & miss him every day.

A trick to make you stay? I don't think you can fake that kind of emotion. I love my T too though I'm finding it really difficult and wonder what she thinks since I was angry at her last session.

It was really nice to feel that way since the previous session had left me feeling so disappointed with life. I was planning on ending therapy and just choosing to live in pain and unhappiness because that's what I thought I deserved. She makes me question that with her consistent support and care. I really appreciate her, she always makes me feel worth good life.

That sounds lovely I love it when I have sessions like that with my T. Sometimes it can be a really hard session but it brings us closer.
