Two because I've seen some really bad Ts in the past and I want to make sure we're a good fit.
One works at my new pdoc's office. She seems nice. She has a PsyD (like Doc John!) The other is a pdoc who also does therapy. If I like her, I think I'll let her prescribe for me too. She is a psychodynamic therapist, which is the kind of therapy my most recent T (the one who lives in my college town that I'm in love with ![]() Hopefully I'll "click" with one of them. I think I could make a lot of progress with the right therapist.
