So, I had T tonight. We talked pretty much exclusively about my manic episode last weekend. That was ok with me. It helped us see what to look for next time. So we can catch it before it gets unbearable. We'll see, I promised I would send her 2 emails as I won't be able to see her next week but after that I'll see her weekly till the end of November. The first email is about the NP appointment Monday the next one will be just an update on how I'm doing.

I'm looking for the warning signs of a manic episode coming on...like starting to sleep less and less was the first thing to go when I look back and the mind racing started. That kinda stuff.
