So , the night before t , I finally finished a painting that has taken me 3 weeks to finis because I didn't give a crap a bout anything . I finished it and brought it for t , to see.
She has been nagging about why I haven't been painting anyway . Usually we leave this show and tell for the end, but she decided to talk about it at the start, which is good because I love talking art. We looked up artists online, she showed me a site online where I can get certified in art techniques free. She told me which places to go where I can display my art. I wish the whole session went like this. Then came the part where we started processing my nightmares(CSa) I started being vague. She wanted more specifics, she said to explain it as if it was a movie and we were watching together, but she didn't understand it. OMG that made it worse!!!!!'!!!!! I just can't say words related to trauma or intimacy in session or wherever. I see her again on the 15th , I have all these thoughts spinning in my head . I have to figure out how to be able to talk to this woman , drawing seems inappropriate , talking , nope, might have to resort to puppets. Any ideas for next session? puppets isn't a bad idea at all . my T and I used puppets when I had such a hard time even saying hello

Puppets or dolls might be a good idea. That's one way children are able to express and process trauma.

It's a shame you can't see her more often. Twice a week is nearly enough!

Twice a month is scary to start doing trauma work, they are interviewing more therapists , I hope I get my schedule back.
