I told T today I know I need to start asking her questions. I Know now she cant read my mind nor me hers. I nearly took all the session up just talking about asking a question because I was so fearful.

Then I did it! I said what do you think of me? she replied "You are a pleasure to work with, and that isn't always a given"..

Geez I was on cloud nine. I said I didnt expect that response!

My mind reading was telling me that she thinks I the worse thing on this planet.

She said its good that I feel I need to ask her questions now because it shows I am starting to see her as a separate person.

I can't tell you what a wonderful experience this all was.

It was well worth the risk LOL

Hello Mouse.
Isnt it good to hear the one thing you really needed to hear instead of what you thought you would hear. Congratulaiions on the progress that you are making. I hope the best for you in the future with your therapist. Take care Soidhonia
