Good evening everyone,

First, I just wanted to say two things: #1 for whatever reason it's not letting me post in DBT, so #2 I wasn't sure if I should post in BPD or Psychotherapy, so I posted in both. If I can't do reposts, please let me know before you delete one so I can at least checkout the comments first.

Anyways, I'm in a daily DBT program, and this week we're on Core Mindfulness, and today we focused on on the "What" Skills. I know I probably should have asked the teacher this, but basically I am just looking for some websites, etc.* that better explain these skills, and maybe even have worksheets to practice them. And it's not just the "What" Skills I have difficulties with, it's a few different skills .. but I also have knowledge of and use other skills as well, but it'd still be nice to continue to learn them in different ways.

So basically, I'm just asking what DBT, etc. websites you like. Thanks for your help!!

*Our curriculum is mostly from one of Dr. Linehan's books from 1993 .. Not sure exactly which one at the moment since I don't have my binder on me.

Hi! I don't know of any websites. Does Linehan have one? I suspect there are some books available about DBT, though. I will check to see what I can find.

Okay, here are some books from Amazon. com: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&key...l_8h288uyizp_b#. Hope you'll find something helpful! Best wishes with your therapy. I have done DBT two times and have found it useful.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
