I have a fear of hearing people /neighbours before I know them... T said my fears have attached themselves to outside situations and fear them 'getting in'...

I have thoughts of stabbing them because I become focused on those I cannot see but hear and believe they are secretly plotting against me.....

I'm not sure T' 's assessment is correct...

When I hear people I begin pacing, I do not recognise my place of being....

Yes, Mouse, your T is probably correct and it's probably really important to work with them on this quite seriously. I'm feeling for you. That kind of fear is really scary and I know you'd feel just terrible if you got so scared that you actually followed through and hurt someone, thinking you were defending yourself.

Please keep talking about this and bringing it out in the open. Fear is sometimes easier to handle when we bring it out into the light of day.

I wish you the best.

Could you go over and meet them, maybe knock on their door, and say something like "I always hear you through the walls, and figured it was about time I actually met you"? Would that help your fears at all?
