![]() Sorry I haven't been on here much lately. I sort of finished my letter to my father to give to my T today. So it's stirred up a lot of feelings. I mean things between my father and I are okay now, but I lot did happen in the past, a lot of which I have forgiven, but still I've got this sick feeling in my stomach and all this anger and love all mixed up together. |

You see your T today? I hope your T can help you sort through those intense feelings. I am thinking of you....

Thank you. It's done. Next part of my homework is challenging guilt, some of which I already do.
He said it was a powerful letter, and there was some stuff in it he didn't know about, plus some stuff I have told him about. If I write a letter aimed at someone, all this stuff comes out. But if you asked me to tell him a story, I can't get half of that out. At least I don't have to send these letters to anyone. |

Using the letter format works well for you then, if you can recall more that way. I've never tried it. The idea kind of scares me a little. How will you go about challenging guilt? I could use some of that technique!
