I am new to all this, but have to say, I have been reading the posts over the last few months and have found them fascinating. There's certainly a lot I can relate to. I have been seeing a psychologist for about 18 mnths now and am slowly unravelling all my demons! I have never had any type of "therapy" before and it has been a whole new experience for me. It does worry my though, that even after all this time I still don't feel entirely comfortable with the whole thing and do worry about what it will be like without the extra support in my life. Thank you for all your honest and interesting posts.!
