I feel so crappy right now... Another T just told me T is sick and won't come in today. I've had an awful night, already felt like a worthless piece of garbage and now this.... Why didn't she at least call?

I'm sitting in my car and want to harm myself so badly but can't even do that. I hate her so much at the moment...

Hugs to you Jordy! Confusing....someone said she was sick and wouldn't be there, yet she showed up? I have only been canceled on by my T once, but that was with half a day's notice.... I, too, would have been very upset to show up just to find out T was out. Hopefully you are in your session right now! (weird to say, as it's 3:20am here!)

She was ill yesterday and that T thought she wouldn't come in today. But T was only a bit late...

Glad she showed up. What made you wait around? I would have thought you'd have left. That other T should be more careful about her information! If it were me I'd have left and then T would have shown up and I'd have missed the appointment because of that interfering other T!

I was parked on the other side of the street and smoking to calm down before leaving when T pulled up... So I went to her and asked if I should still come in... I'm so glad I was still there!

Jordy - so glad she showed up, and that you were still there to catch her! What a confusing, stressful situation. I hope you told your T what happened, and that she talked to the other person who called you. Nobody should be cancelling other Ts appointments without confirming that the T is actually not coming in!
