I messed up t is going to abandon me and I can't cope. I deserve it. I hope I have a heart attack.

No but this is the 3rd time that I messed up badly. He hates me. He can't tolerate me.

Ok. Can you try to contact him next time you worry about him abandoning you? Can you talk to him about what you were afraid of?
