So I wrote out a heartfelt letter to my t. I'm going to give it to her tomorrow and am feeling nervous.

Do you know why you are feeling nervous?

Well, it's kind of like an appreciation and thank you letter. I worry that it's too much. I feel really vulnerable telling her how much I appreciate her support and care, and I'm not sure how it will come across. There's a lot of feeling in it and it's very personal. I've written numerous emails knowing that they go in my file, but this letter is for her. I've given her a painting before, which she accepted graciously, so giving her something isn't an issue, I'm just concerned the letter is more personal and I hope it's not too much.

M t happily accepted the letter. She asked if I wanted her to read it while I was there, but I said "Heck, no!" So, she has it but I'm not sure what she thinks of it yet. I'm relieved that I gave it to her though, as I won't see her again for nearly 3 months (I'm off to rehab).
