Well had my first session.
It went well I think.
T asked if I had any past history of sexual assaults.
I was partway honest with her. Now I regret it and wish
I wad fully honest. I was just kinda thrown off.
I did not expect that to be a question the first session.
One of her rules is she expects Honesty that's hard for me.

My t asked me on the first session too and I remember being thrown and thought it was too soon but it was best because it would have taken me ages to build up the courage to tell her. I agree that honesty is always best

It sounds like her question was a "yes" or "no". If you gave her any kind of yes, then you were honest with her. I think the details can come as you go.
