Well I went in there told her how my week went, which was the usual stressor with h, which I stood up to in a spazzed out way because all these holiday triggers are getting to me, plus his triggers about his mothers death. Also I told her my mom had a biopsy and I will know on the 15th if the cyst is malignant or not.

We processed that. I did the assignment and I wrote a couple of c s a words. She took one word and discussed it, asked what made it uncomfortable , why and so forth . She said that word made her sad and angry for me, and also negative for her. We were going to take it two words a session and she said , there will be alot of repetition of words.

There's alot more words I have not written yet. I cringed and covered my face and my ears, his behind the coat hanger. I felt 7 8 9 ect all over again. It was humiliating.

Sweepy, sounds like your t is very thorough. Sorry to hear you feel humiliated. Maybe I don't understand what the t is saying. Is the t being critical or trying to help you process things?

Sweepy I am in awe. You did it! You felt humiliated but you did it, and you even told us about it. Wow...... I want to borrow some of your strength!

Wow Sweepy that is amazingly brave work, despite how hard it must be for you. I'm really glad to hear that you are finding your T supportive.

I have also felt like a child in therapy - the exact age I started attaching to other maternal figures. Amazing how that can happen...

I had a couple of glasses of wine then I wrote a couple of words down, for now I'm not saying them. I'm just hearing her saying them and speaking a little c s a mostly I say yes or no.
