My t specializes in truma, borderline personalty disorder, Reactive attachment disorder and CBT, DBT.

I have only seen her 2 times, but feel a connection she seems to know her stuff. The fact I feel a connection scares me. It scares me that I want to trust her.

Is this weird? That part of me already wants to trust her.

I don't know if it's weird. I felt a connection with my T before I even met her...just from looking at her website. And when I met her, I knew my instinct was right.

I don't think it's weird! Sometimes a person comes into your life that you just know is a good fit for you in one way or another. Trust your instincts and trust your T.

Probably not weird at all. Especially if you don't have a pattern in your life of immediately or overly trusting people after little interaction. I knew after the first session that I'd found the right T, and we had a long and productive therapy.
