Nothing is ever fair, I don't know where these illogical feelings are coming from. I usually am logical about things, try and find explanation , it's all a science.

There's no time for this crap, if I hurt myself physically, I expect to hurt= pain. If I eat something bad= stomach pain , possible throwing up. If I fall of a bike = possible broken bone = explained pain = fact.

Turmoil, vulnerability , rage how is this causing me pain and tears , when there is nothing broken? Holidays suck, everything sucks right now.

I think our emotions are more powerful than is generally acknowledged by humans, and have a physical impact on us. I think that there are physical illnesses that are directly related to our emotions.

Sorry you're in pain.
