A Therapist Survival Kit

I made one for my T and one for my Pdoc. My T keeps hers in her office.

I gave mine a card that was originally blank and wrote about two main things she has helped me with and how they have impacted my life.

One of my office's clients owns a vineyard and gave my coworkers and I several bottles of wine. I'm keeping one for myself and gifting one to my T. She wouldn't accept anything that I paid for, and I'm pretty happy with that arrangement.
