Tomorrow I have an appointment with pdoc. Problem is her office is near my old-T's office. It will hurt passing by knowing she's gone. I don't want to go

Ad Intra, I know how you feel. It is so hard to let go of a therapist. It is so important to reestablish a relationship with the new t, though. It may not be easy, to go but it will help you to go.
