Happy new year to my friends here on pc, It has been rough for me and holy grail of flash backs. Last 2 sessions t and I have been working on self worth and boundaries and ect... she laid off the c s a stuff, for the next 2 weeks. I have been regressing a bit. My H has been depressed due to the holidays and the recent passing of his mom, and he gets mean when he is depressed, which throws me back into my own little world of flashbacks. His grief t increased his meds. I on the other hand become hypomanic or just rage. I regress or hide under my blanket.

My t wanted to know my behaviors out of session, and since I have one close friend, who knows me well, she wrote a letter to t, describing my behaviors , which of course were all true. We are working on those. T has notice the child like regressions in sessions, that I havent. Im working on boundaries, Im tired of h stepping all over me. I have to learn how to say no, and enough is enough.

Sounds like you are working hard on your issues. It was nice of your friend to write a letter to your t and very brave.

I hope the new year goes well for you and that you husband starts to handle his grief better and that his mood improves.

Keep up the good work.

It's good to get an update from you sweepy. I've been wondering how you're doing. Are you back to every week sessions, now? Or is it some funky arrangement?
